On or about August 2021, the front frame flexed, causing the body to crack from both front slides lower forward corners going forward. Camper was taken to RVOutlet in Longs SC (now Blue Compass RV)to be repaired in September of 2021. The front frame section was found to be cracked, and was repaired per Keystone TSB procedures, repairs completed in February 2022. These repairs are documented by Keystone, however, I do not have a copy of the repair invoice as the dealer was sold and the computer systems changed, as I was advised I could not get a copy of the repair invoice. This was the first long trip, over 300 miles, the unit had been on, and the frame failed, has not shown any issues thus far after repairs.

My husband and I purchased a 2021 alpine Keystone 3712 KB fifth wheel on June 2, 2021 around the end of Aug 2021. We left to Oregon for our vacation. Around the first part of September 2021 our trailer started showing signs of issues. We put it in the camper world in Eugene OR and found out that it had front structural damage where they tore out all the the foam off the front goose neck & replaced it with tongue in groove wood. In November 2021 we were finally able to bring the trailer back to Utah. On our way home. We blew two driver side tires simultaneously. It caused thousands to repair. I spoke with a tire specialist. He looked at the tires and said they weren’t even rated for us to load our trailer up with water and all the essentials that are required to camp We were told at the KOA by people that worked for those companies that we should’ve replace the tires we didn’t believe them of course because we just bought it and put $104,000 into this RV only to regret not listening to the people that were once employed for these companies in music it was a defect or problem. Since that time we’ve had the trailer in the RV repair shop more than we’ve even been able to enjoy it over the last two years I believe we’ve only used it a total of five times and every time there has been a problem where it’s had to been returned to the repair shop. We are now having issues again where the front coach is starting to make a scene and cracking noises it’s the same thing that happened the first time when we had the front structural damage we don’t get any help from Parris RV in Salt Lake City or from Keystone only to be told to go through warranty . I feel like this is unfair for us to put this much money into something that we wanted to enjoy and have not been able to do so for over two years . There are many more issues that are going on with this RV but I don’t believe I have enough characters to tell you everything.
