CONSUMER TRAILER TIRE BLEW OUT DUE TO A FAULTY AXLE ASSEMBLY. *TS THE FLANGE THAT SUPPORTS THE WHEEL FENDER OF THE TRAILER CRACKED AND BROKE FROM THE AXLE WELD CAUSING THE FENDER TO TWIST SIDEWAYS.
