BUCKLING THE DRIVER'S SEATBELT, TUGGED ON THE STRAP TO ENSURE IT WAS SECURE AND THE TONGUE PULLED OUT OF THE BUCKLE. NOTICED THAT THE BUTTON AND LATCH MECHANISM ON THE BUCKLE WAS NOT WORKING AS BEFORE. BUTTON WAS DEPRESSED AND DID NOT RETURN TO ITS UNDEPRESSED POSITION. LAST USED THE DRIVER'S SEATBELT THE DAY BEFORE. VEHICLE…
