The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended or to exceed 20 MPH. The contact stated that several warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that the failure had occurred several times, and the vehicle had been taken to the dealer on several occasions for repairs. The contact stated that the safety features of the vehicle were inoperable. The vehicle was not repaired. Additionally, the contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V576000(Electrical System). The manufacturer was made aware of the failures, and a case was filed. The contact had also filed a Lemon Law complaint. The failure mileage was unknown.

Lost power temporarily traveling on highway. Recall exists but Mopar says they have no fix but aren't providing owners with alternative transportation or offering to take the vehicle back. If this issue is significant enough to warrant a recall and stop sale then the vehicles should not be on the road.

While driving 70mph the vehicle had a sudden loss of power which required me to quickly navigate over two lanes of highway traffic to the right shoulder. I had no power or ability to accelerate. I was in hybrid mode with adaptive cruise control active. Upon safely making it to the shoulder of the road, I saw message on the dash saying something about electrical mode unavailable. I turned the vehicle off completely and back on again after waiting approximately 30 seconds. The error message cleared and the vehicle operated normally. This has not happened again after another 1,000 miles of driving, but it is currently being seen at the dealer for another issue with that will not allow electric mode operation, only combustion engine. We believe we may have a vehicle in the 1% outlined in NHTSA 25v-576 and are waiting a solution from the manufacturer.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the dealer attempted to diagnose the vehicle, but the failure could not be duplicated. The contact stated that the failure recurred while driving. The vehicle was taken to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West (16300 W Colfax Ave, Golden, CO 80401); and the contact provided a video of a previous occurrence of the failure to the dealer; however, the dealer could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was referred the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

I was driving at 65 mph on highway when warning screen came on ""Service Transmission Continue in D. Do not shift or turn engine off until you reach a desired location. You may not be able to shift again until serviced". Then warnings came up that each of the safety systems are disabled (lane assist, front collision, etc.). I was only a few miles from next. I slowed when exiting, car would not increase power when I tried to merge onto road, had to ride on shoulder to safe place to park. I put car in park, tried to shut it off, but it would not shut down completely. It also would not go out of park. Jeep had car towed, replaced transmission (took 4 weeks). Brand new car with only 866 miles on it. I definitely felt my life was endangered on highway with so many components failing & when car would not shut off. I'm now scared to drive it alone. Luckily I was in a populated area & close to home when this happened. (attached pics were taken when I was parked & car would not turn off)

Due to a software error, the tire pressure monitoring system may fail to detect low tire pressure and/or fail to illuminate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A TPMS warning light that fails to notify the driver of low tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.

A software error may cause the transmission gear selection indicator not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 102, "Transmission shift lever sequence, starter interlock, and transmission braking effect."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A missing gear selection indicator may lead to unintended vehicle movement or a vehicle rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe and 2022-2026 Grand Cherokee 4Xe vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A vehicle fire can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures and not to charge their vehicles until the remedy is completed. Dealers will update the high voltage battery software, and replace the high voltage battery, as necessary, free of charge. Some owner notification letters were mailed beginning December 17, 2025. The remaining owner notification letters will be mailed at a later date. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 68C. Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A child that is not properly restrained during a crash can have an increased risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will update the HCP software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 29, 2024. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 04B.
