What component or system failure or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? I had to restart the vehicle, and I put the vehicle in drive, I made left the engine shut off again a second time. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? My safety was put at risk because the vehicle was still in driving mode, luckily there were no cars behind me. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Not yet, I will be reporting this, because I do not feel safe. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? Not yet.
