WHILE HAVING TIRES ROTATED, THE LUGS: NUTS BROKE. HAD THE HUB REPLACED. REAR AXLE WORE HOLE IN HUB. FRONT WAS MAKING NOISE. *AK
VEHICLE WA SPARKED IN APARKING LOTON A SLIGHT HILL WITH EMERGENCY BRAKE ON. APPROXIMATELY AFTER 30 MINUTES AFTER DRIVER PARKED VEHICLE, IT ROLLED BACKWARDS AND COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE.
DRIVER MADE A LEFT HAND TURN INTO A DRIVEWAY, ACCELERATOR STUCK; DRIVER APPLIED BRAKES AND THE BRAKES SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL; VEHICLE DID NOT STOP UNTIL IT STRUCK THE FRONT OF A HOUSE.
