THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURED ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SEWELL INFINITI OF DALLAS (7110 LEMMON AVENUE, DALLAS, TEXAS) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 28,300.
