PUDDLES OF WATER LEAK INTO THE CAR ON THE DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DUE TO PLASTIC CLAMPS IN THE DASH THAT A FRAGILE AND BREAK. PUDDLES OF WATER LEAK INTO THE CAR ON THE DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DUE TO PLASTIC CLAMPS IN THE DASH THAT A FRAGILE AND BREAK. THE WATER FLOWS FROM SUNROOF DRAINAGE TUBES THAT CONTINUE TO BE BLOCKED WHEN IT RAINS. I HAD THEM REPLACED IN JUNE 2016 WHEN THE CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY ARE BROKEN AGAIN. THE CAR IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY AND IT COST $1665 TO REPLACE PLUS I PAID $150 AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER IS AWARE OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AND ONLY WARRANTS THEIR DEFECTIVE PARTS FOR 1 YEAR. I AM ONE MONTH PAST THE 12 MONTH PERIOD. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID THAT SOME ELECTRICALLY PARTS WILL MALFUNCTION IF THEY GET WET FROM THE DRAINAGE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 INFINITI G25. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
