This golf cart has magnetic wheel stops when there is no power. I turns out that it is not just NO power, but if the voltage drops (I think about 45v from 50 V), these magnetic stops can engage WHILE driving. I was driving on city streets at about 20-22 MPH and all four wheels stopped dead, pulling my cart to the right, throwing me into the dash and side mirror and causing my cell phone to fly out and crash on the street. I am lucky the car behind me pulled to left and did not hit me. I am also lucky that I had no kids or dogs in the cart .They could have been hurt badly. The dealer's service says they are checking with their corporate people, however online searched show this has been reported a number of times starting in 2017. The wheels locked on the service guy when he came and tried to drive the cart too. The dealer is now ignoring my calls and messages becasuse I want them to do something. Online comments from previous events like this says the cart owners were put off and ignored. Apparently the magnetic wheels cannot be turned off, either. I was scared for my life when this happened since I had no control. I am lucky I am only bruised and need a new phone. I could have been killed as could have any passengers. The IconEV company needs to repair this before someone is killed.
