TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 (NA) HYOSUNG AQUILA. THE CORRECT YEAR WAS UNAVAILABLE IN THE DROP DOWN MENU. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START UNLESS THE GEAR WAS PLACED INTO NEUTRAL. THE VEHICLE WOULD ALSO NOT START WHEN THE CLUTCH WAS PULLED INWARDS. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT LOCATE THE SERIAL NUMBER. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DESIGNED AS A SAFETY FEATURE. THE POWERTRAIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 15,255.
