The contact owns a 2020 Honda Motorcycle Talon 1000X. The contact stated that while driving at a speed unknown, when it was placed into low gear and drive it would disengage from low gear causing the side-by-side to flip downhill. The contact owns a 2020 Honda Motorcycle Talon 1000X. The contact stated that while driving at a speed unknown, when it was placed into low gear and drive it would disengage from low gear causing the side-by-side to flip downhill. The contact hit another motorist and came to a stop. The contact received injuries to their hands however due to them being harnessed in they did not receive many injuries. Medical attention was not needed. There was no need for police or police reports. The side-by-side was able to be moved. The side-by-side was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the sub-transmission failed and needed to be rebuilt. The side-by-side had not been repaired as of yet. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 100.
