I have had a Supplement Restraint Problem light on since I bought they vehicle. It was on and off intermittently for the past year or so, however now it will not go off. Upon inspection the wiring is damaged and there is not cover to the ground according to the honda mechanic that looked at my vehicle. I have not had any service work done in the area where the SRS box is located and they did not perform any further inspection on the system. Again, this was on when I bought my 2024 honda HR-V. The dealer was made aware and they advised me that it should be covered under warranty however nobody will fix the issue at this time. Please review and look into this issue as it has been noted in prior service bulletins for the SRS system light to have issues.

My car has been brought in for service multiple times due to airbag issues. After the initial repair resembling of the car panels was not done correctly forcing me to bring back the vehicle. After this on another occasional a strange rattling noise began to happen while driving the vehicle. This was scheduled for service but then the noise went away. After this another airbag issue came up saying the vehicle had to be taken to the dealer. The dealer was inititally saying the issue could not be duplicated and I could pick up the vehicle. At this point I looked up recalls and found the recall regarding steering and that noises could be attributed to this. I ask the recall be performed and was told it could not be. Another issue was however found with the airbags and repaired. I was told to get vehicle as it was fine. Since then the noise has occurred on 3 seperate occasions. Additionally while driving with lane control the vehicle has 2 twice left lane on highway forcing me to correct. I feel things are being dealt with in a very dishonest way by Honda of America and it is instructing dealers to avoid correctly diagnoising issues and falsling claiming it cannot be duplicated to avoid itself costly repairs.

Recall 23V-782 states that the driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioner assemblies may have been manufactured without a rivet that secures the pretensioner quick connector and wire plate. Recall documentation states that seat belt pretensioner assemblies that are missing the rivet will not properly restrain the occupant in the event of a collision, increasing the risk of injury.Subject defective seat belt assemblies are installed as original equipment for both the driver and front passenger positions for the HR-V, but only for the driver position for the Accord and Accord Hybrid. The recall remedy for 23V-782 instructs the technician to inspect both front seat belt pretensioner assemblies and, if necessary, replace them.
