TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HONDA CMX250C. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLUTCH DID NOT RESPOND WHEN IT WAS ENGAGED AND THE REAR WHEELS BECAME INOPERABLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH.
