FACTORY INSTALLED WRONG BEARING ON SECOND GEAR IN TRANSMISSION. TRANSMISSION FAILURE OCCURRED AT 6485 MILES. FAILURE SENT METAL DEBRIS THROUGH TRANSMISSION CAUSING SUBSTANSTIAL DAMAGE, AND POTENTIAL DANGER TO OPERATOR. VEHICLCLE WAS TRAVELING AT 35 MPH WHEN FAILURE OCCURRED.
