2019 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLHR. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO CLUTCH ACTUATOR FAILURE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE FAILED DUE TO A PINHOLE IN THE ACTUATOR. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THE VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE 2019 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH ACTUATOR RECALL.
