I OWN A 1995 GMC VANDURA VIN # [XXX] WITH 62,000 MILES. FOUR OF THE SIX SEATBELTS ARE INOPERABLE AND NOT DUE TO MISUSE OR ABUSE. MY ISSUE IS THAT THE STATE I LIVE IN LEGALLY REQUIRES SEAT BELTS AND I ALSO TRANSPORT MY TWO CHILDREN IN THIS VEHICLE AND AS IT IS NOW I CAN NOT USE MY VAN.
