THE FOLLOWING DAY, WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE FUEL GAUGE SHOWED LESS THAN A HALF TANK OF FUEL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF A FUEL LEAK OR ANY FUEL ODOR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
