MOST PEOPLE SEE THE LIGHTS ON IN FRONT OF THEM AND THINK THEY HAVE AN AUTOMATIC SYSTEM AND DON'T BOTHER TO TURN ON THEIR HEADLIGHT SWITCH AND THEREFORE DON…
