CONTACT STATES HAVING TROUBLE WITH ABS BRAKES. HE BELIEVES THE BRAKES ARE FRONT WHEEL ANTI-LOCK. WHEN HE TRIES TO BRAKE WHILE TRAVELING AT A SLOW SPEED, 5 MPH, THE PEDAL PULSED AND KEPT VEHICLE FROM STOPPING. THIS HAPPENED 60%-70% OF THE TIME. THE REASON I AM REPORTING THIS FAILURE IS THE FACT THAT I KNOW OF TWO OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN THE SAME MILEAGE IN A GM TRUCK. WHEN ORDERING THE ABS MOTOR MY MECHANIC WAS TOLD THAT THESE MOTORS ARE SENT OUT AS SOON AS THEY HIT THE SHELF. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS PART. CONSUMER BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE ABS PROBLEMS, BOTH REAR WHEELS WOULD LOCK UP AND SKID AT SLOW SPEEDS, THE TRUCK WOULD PULL TO THE RIGHT DURING HEAVY BRAKING AND CONSUMER COULD NEVER DETERMINE WHEN THE BRAKES WOULD ENGAGE, REPAIRES WERE MADE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST. NLM
