2000 GMC SAVANA VAN BRAKE ROTOR FAILED. THE ROTOR WAS A REPLACEMENT & NEVER WAS TURNED. THE WEAR INDICATORS NEVER SQUEALED PRIOR TO FAILURE. THIS BRAKE ROTOR WAS PURCHASED & INSTALLED BY AN AUTHORIZED GMC DEALERSHIP. I WAS NEAR A TIRE SHOP WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AND PAID $300 TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED MYSELF. G…
