DEATH CAUSED IN APRIL 11, 1988 DUE TO ABS FAILURE--INVESTIGATED BY NHTSA AND SINCE THAT TIME, FILE REMAINS. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE CAN PERIODICALLY RETREIVE ALL DATA RELATING TO OTHER GMC TRUCK ACCIDENTS INVOLVED WITH FAILED STEERING, BRAKES ETC. THE CASE WILL REMAIN OPEN AS GMC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LYNNE KERRIGAN GEORGES DEATH AND ACCORDING TO OUR KNOWLEDGE AND RECORDS, THIS IS A CASE OF TOTAL NEGLIGANCE ON THE PART OF GMC AND THEIR AFFILIATES. WE NEED TO REVIEW ALL THE DATA SINCE THAT DAY OF EVERY COMPLAINT, ACCIDENT, DEATH, INJURY, ETC. AS THIS CASE WILL NOT BE CLOSED BY ANY TIME FRAME OR STATUTE OF LIMITATION, DUE TO THE BLANTENT NEGLECT BY GMC. WE HAVE OVER THE YEARS, NOT BEEN ABLE TO COME TO TERMS WITH THE COVER-UP BY THE GMC FOLKS WHO WERE QUESTIONED BY NHTSA AND THE STRATEGIC MOVES THAT WERE MADE BY THEM DURING A TIME WHEN OUR FAMILY WAS IN DEEP SHOCK AND GRIEF. TO THIS DAY, OUR GRIEF IS NO LESS AND WE STILL WANT TO PURSUE INFORMATION AND ANSWERS
