WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE LOST ALL STEERING CAPABILITY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO VEER TO THE RIGHT AND HIT A CURB, AS A RESULT THE VEHICLE HAD TWO FLAT TIRES (RIGHT SIDE) AND TWO BROKEN RIMS, WHILE DRIVING THE CHEVROLET METRO (RENTAL CAR SINCE VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIR) THIS VEHICLE EXHIBITED THE SAME FAILURE AS THE TRUCK EXCEPT THIS TIME THE VEHICLE SPUN AROUD 180 DEGREES BEFORE IT HIT A CONCRETE BARRIER.
