WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH THE VEHICLE HYDRO PLANE AND HAD A FRONTAL IMPACT WITH THE GUARD RAIL WHICH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND DID NOT PROTECT THE OCCUPANT. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION.
