FORD DEALER IN WINSTON SALEM, NC SAID THE DRAIN BELOW THE WINDSHIELD HAS STOPPED UP AND DIVERTED THE WATER VIA THE WIRING TO THE SJB THEREBY SHORTING IT OUT. HAD NEW SJB INSTALLED AND WATER REMOVED FROM PASSENGER FLOOR AREA. TOOK 2 DAYS FOR CARPETING TO DRY OUT. COST …

HAD NEW SJB INSTALLED AND WATER REMOVED FROM PASSENGER FLOOR AREA. TOOK 2 DAYS FOR CARPETING TO DRY OUT. COST WAS 610.38 PLUS THE SJB. THIS SITUATION COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT FOR NOT HAVING BRAKE LIGHTS OR TURN SIGNALS. IT IS NOW JULY 1, 2014 AND THE SAME PART HAS FAILED AGAIN BUT WITHOUT THE WATER ISSUE. THE CAR IS GOING BACK IN THE SHOP TOMORROW. I HOPE I DON'T GET REAR ENDED ON THE WAY TO PARKWAY FORD. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF ISSUES INVOLVING THE LOCATION OF THE SJB POSTED ON THE INTERNET. THERE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED, IF THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ALREADY. *TR
