TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND BOTH FRONTAL AIR BAGS DEPLOYED UNEXPECTEDLY IN HIS FACE. THERE WAS NO CRASH OR IMPACT AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE INSURANCE COMPANY CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE AND STATED THAT A CLAIM COULD NOT BE FILED. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER. THE DEALER STATED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST FOR THE AIR BAGS. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HIS FACE.
