THE CONSUMER HAD PROBLEMS STARTING THE VEHICLE DURING HEAVY RAIN. ON NORMAL SUNNY DAYS THE VEHICLE STARTED WITH NO PROBLEM. THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE BUT COULD NOT DUPLICATE OR CORRECT THE PROBLEM. *NLM
