I called Ford customer service, they said no recall or customer satisfaction program to get a discount on the repair bill. Very disappointed at Ford quality, a whole engine replacement needed at less than 80k miles on a well maintained car. Requesting NHTSA to force Ford to issue a recall and cover the repairs since its a wide spread issue.
