Car was unable to be driven, no breaks .all happened very quickly and without any reason .i had it towed to a break mechanic and he said it was the ABS modular break line that was broken and there was no more break fluid and it had leaked out . He suggested I send it to the dealership. It sounds like the exact same issue as the recall # 25S47 on campaign 25V314 but my vin number does not fall under they but shows it is the same Kentucky plant and year so I do believe it is the same issue

Additionally, the contact stated that the air bag warning light continuously remained illuminated. The failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V847000 (Steering, Air Bags); however, the VIN was not associated with the recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000.

Receiving Front Camera Malfunction Service required warning. Also receiving pre-collision assist, adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency break system warnings. Other systems likely disabled. Found that there was a TSB issued for the same year but on the F-150. DTC's C1001:31, U3000:89, U3000:49. This issue is likely caused by faulty cable connections where condensation has caused corrosion making the system inoperable thus creating a major safety issue for owners. I took the Expedition to SawGrass Ford in Sunrise FL and they confirmed that the issue was due to the electronics/cables. The camera itself was not dirty or blocked. They charged me $250 for a diagnostic and then wanted to charge me $2500+. For the safety and security of all owners please investigate and hold FORD accountable for this.

1) The fuel delivery system is affected — specifically, a faulty fuel pump which may fail and cause engine stalling while driving. This issue is under Ford Safety Recall 25S75 (NHTSA 25V-455). The vehicle is still in my possession and available for inspection upon request. 2) The recall clearly states that the vehicle can stall unexpectedly while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. On a recent highway trip ([XXX]), my Expedition began shaking at high speeds, and continued shaking while parked, indicating worsening fuel system issues. I have three young children (ages [XXX] , [XXX] , and [XXX] ) who regularly ride in the vehicle. Being told to continue driving under these conditions with no available fix has placed my entire family and others on the road at risk. 3) Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Not yet. When I called Ford customer service to report the issue and request a safe alternative, I was told there was no further action available and that I should continue driving the vehicle. I was referred to my local Ford dealership, who also said they could not take any action until a remedy is issued. 4) Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? No. Because Ford has no remedy available, they have not performed any inspection or offered assistance. The dealership confirmed they cannot inspect or service the vehicle related to this recall until Ford issues a fix. 5) Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? There were no warning lights or error messages, during a return trip from Texas [XXX] the vehicle began shaking noticeably at highway speeds, and continued shaking heavily while in park. These symptoms had never occurred before, and they align with the type of failure described in the recall notice. Rear defrost coils have continually fallen off. Dealer fixed one in February of 2024. It fell off March 2024. They are both hanging there. Dealer won’t touch it - says rear window needs replacement. I’ve researched on ford expedition forum and many expeditions have a similar issue. Especially with dealer not covering it.

The audio system has become inoperable and instead the speakers are blasting static noise with crackling and popping sounds at high volume. Cannot stop it or use any other audio. Very unsafe to drive due to extreme noise level and lack of controls. Appears many people have this issue and there needs to be a recall to fix.

While driving the vehicle, the stereo system suddenly without warning started an unbearable loud and deafening noise. I was driving on a busy highway and was able to the the next exit. I had 2 other occupants in the vehicle. We had to exit the vehicle because the noise level from the speaker was painful and caused disorientation. I turned the vehicle off but the noise continued for at least 10 minutes then stopped. Myself and the 2 other occupants still have ear pain 24 hours later.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2018-2022 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The seat belt pretensioner in the driver and/or front passenger seat may inadvertently lock the seat belt, which will not allow the belt to retract or extend.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: Seat belts that do not retract or extend can fail to restrain an occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt retractors as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed June 8, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in August 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 26S34. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2018-2023 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with third-row seating; and 2019-2023 F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 SuperCab vehicles. The owner's manual does not include instructions for adjusting or removing certain head restraints. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: Without instructions, the head restraints may be improperly adjusted, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Remedy: Ford will mail the Owner's Manual addendums that describe how to adjust and remove the head restraints for the center seating positions, free of charge. On July 29, 2024, the Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) opened PE24019 to investigate complaints of low-pressure fuel pump failures in MY 2021 Ford Bronco vehicles. Some consumers reported that the failure occurred without warning while driving, resulting in a complete loss of motive power with no ability to restart the engine. Ford determined that several other vehicle models contain low-pressure fuel pumps substantially similar to the 2021 Ford Bronco, including the 2022-2023 Ford Bronco, 2018-2023 Ford F-150, 2022-2023 Ford Expedition, 2019-2023 Lincoln Navigator, 2020-2023 Ford F-250-F-550, 2024 Ford Super Duty Chassis Cab, 2024-2025 Ford Ranger, 2020-2023 Ford Explorer, 2020-2023 Lincoln Aviator, and 2021-2025 Ford Mustang. ODI's investigation found that the affected vehicles may lose fuel pressure and flow from the fuel delivery module (consisting of a low-pressure fuel pump, jet pump, reservoir, and other parts) due to a low-pressure pump failure. This can cause the engine to stall while driving. The root cause is reduced internal clearance in the fuel pump, increasing friction and sensitivity to vapor lock. Fuel blockage from contamination inside the jet pump also contributed to the failure. Ford stated that the contamination source was unknown. On July 7, 2025, Ford filed recall 25V-455 for certain 2021-2023 Ford F-550 SD/F-450 SD/F-350 SD/F-250 SD, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, 2021-2022 Ford Mustang, 2021-2022 Ford F-150, 2021-2023 Ford Explorer, 2022 Ford Expedition, and 2021-2023 Ford Bronco vehicles produced between July 1, 2021, and July 30, 2022. The recall also included certain 2021-2023 Lincoln Aviator produced between July 1, 2021, and December 21, 2022. Ford explained in its recall filingthat the production dates used for the recall were based on changes in the manufacturing process. Specifically, Ford determined that in June 2021, the supplier modified the jet pump manufacturing process, producing fuel pump chambers with a lower-than-specified internal clearance. In July 2022, the supplier implemented corrective actions to the manufacturing process by adding two additional vacuum pumps to reduce contamination during the production of the jet pump. ODI has identified approximately 1,000 reports involving vehicles covered in this investigation but excluded from recall 25V-455. However, even with such reports, these vehicles experienced comparatively lower failure rates than the vehicles that are subject to Recall 25V-455. Ford has explained that these vehicles were excluded from the recall population because they did not experience the manufacturing changes that prompted the recall. Specifically, according to Ford, vehicles built before July 1, 2021 (the recall production start date), were not affected by the supplier’s change to the jet pump manufacturing process. Even after closing this investigation, ODI will continue to monitor complaints for vehicles excluded from recall 25V-455 to consider whether they exhibit the same risks as the vehicles encompassed by the recall. The recall remedy is currently under development. In view of Ford’s recall action, ODI is closing this Preliminary Evaluation, but will continue to monitor the issue as a remedy is developed and implemented.
