THE BATTERY USED TO POWER THESE VEHICLES CAN FAIL IN A MANNER WHICH RESULTS IN FIRE.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: VEHICLE FIRES CAN RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY TO PERSONS NEAR THE VEHICLE.
Remedy: FORD HAS SUSPENDED USE OF THESE VEHICLES WHILE A DESIGN CHANGE IS ENACTED TO COUNTERACT PROBLEMS ARISING FROM LONG USE.
