I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW, FULLY WARRANTED 300CC SCOOTER FROM SUNNY SPORTS, INC. ON ARRIVAL THE SCOOTER WAS DAMAGED IN NUMEROUS PLACES. THE GAS TANK LEAKED FUEL ONTO HOT ENGINE IN SEVERAL PLACES. DASHBOARD DISPLAY WAS NOT WORKING AND OTHER WIRING DEFECTIVE. I REPORTED THIS TO COMPANY AND THEY RUDELY TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM. THEY…

DASHBOARD DISPLAY WAS NOT WORKING AND OTHER WIRING DEFECTIVE. I REPORTED THIS TO COMPANY AND THEY RUDELY TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM. THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY LIED TO ME AND REFUSE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION. AFTER A MONTH OR MORE A NEW TANK WAS SHIPPED TO ME FROM THEM AND THIS TANK LEAKS FUEL IN EVEN MORE PLACES THAN ORIGINAL. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY REFUSE ALL COMMUNICATION WITH ME. MORE INFO AND DOCUMENTATION CAN BE PROVIDED BY ME. AFTER FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS IF NOT MORE OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY. *TR
