I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE NEW AND SO THERE WAS NEVER ANY STICKERS INSIDE/ON/AROUND THE HEADREST. WHEN REMOVING IT FOR CLEANING/PUTTING ON SEAT COVERS, THE AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON. AFTER TAKING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE'S A WIRE CONNECTED TO THE HEAD REST AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO TILT FORWARD IN AN ACCIDENT. NOW, THIS WOULD BE A GREAT SAFETY FEATURE TO HAVE, BUT HOW CAN IT BE CONSIDERED IMPORTANT AND YET NOT HAVE ANY SORT OF INFORMATION ABOUT IT...EXCEPT A TINY LINE SOMEWHERE IN THE MANUAL. SERIOUSLY...WHEN'S THE LAST TIME SOMEONE READ A MANUAL? (OK...HONESTLY I DID YEARS AGO WITH MY FIRST CAR, BUT I LIVED IN THE COUNTRY WITH NO CABLE, NO INTERNET...NO AIR CONDITIONING IN NC! I HAD NOTHING ELSE TO DO, BUT THAT'S NOT REALISTIC!). DODGE IS REFUSING TO FIX THIS AS "IT'S LISTED IN THE MANUAL". HOW CAN I HAVE A SAFETY STICKER ON MY VISOR NOT TO USE THE MIRROR WHILE DRIVING, BUT YET NOT HAVE ANYTHING ON SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT..AND THIS NEW. I'VE NEVER HAD A VEHICLE BEFORE THAT YOU COULDN'T REMOVE THE HEADREST ON AND NONE OF MY FRIENDS HAD HEARD OF THIS EITHER!
