The repair invoice, RO #XXX, shows the airbag recall as “PARTS ON ORDER.” After pickup, NHTSA still showed 1 unrepaired recall for this VIN, status “Recall Incomplete.” The dealer refused to provide a written explanation documenting the VIN mistake, incomplete airbag recall, or ready-for-pickup communication.
