THE TIRES WERE PURCHASED NEW. THEY HAVE 30,000 MILES ON THEM. IN THE RECENT MONTHS ONE OF THE THEM HAS DEVELOPED A BULGE IN THE TREAD. ANOTHER IS OUT OF ROUND AND THERE IS AN AWFUL BOUNCE AT 45 MPH.
