WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK INTERMITTENTLY. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT A DOZEN TIMES. MOST RECENTLY WITH MY MOTHER IN65 MPH IN RAIN WHEN THE WIPERS STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDSHIELD. TALKING TO OTHER G.M. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT CHEVROLET HAS ACKNOWLEDGED BUT NOT MY VIN NUMBER. WHERE DO THEY DRAW THE LINE? WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED WORKING BECAUSE OF THE MOTOR OR THE GEARS HAVE BEEN STRIPPED OUT. THIS VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN RECALLED IN OTHER MODELS. I THINK MINE SHOULD BE FIXED AT NO CHARGE. *AK
