It is not Bluetooth or anything interfering I’ve shut my phone off to test. This happens with MANY people. Most people complain online about the stereo and directional sounds being completely muted, but forget to mention or don’t notice that the parking and collision assistance sounds are out as well. It took me a while to realize. I have video of it happening as well

My vehicle frequently loses all cabin sound, including the radio, audible turn signal, and forward/rear collision and lane departure warnings. When this occurs, the cabin is completely silent. The loss of radio audio is an inconvenience, but the loss of safety feature alerts is a clear hazard. My dealership has suggested this may be related to a recent software update; however, there is no apparent correlation between the updates and when the issue occurs.
