DILL TR-413 VALVE STEM FAILURES WHILE DRIVING ON INTERSTATE RESULTED IN THE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO TWO (2) TIRES. TIRE DEALER UNAWARE OF RECALL ON VALVE STEMS, AND NOT WILLING TO EVEN CONSIDER REPLACING TIRES, EVEN USING A PRO-RATED SYSTEM. I FEEL THAT THE FAILURE OF THESE VALVE STEMS AND THE DAMAGED TIRES SHOULD BE DILL'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT. ALTHOUGH I DO NOT HAVE THE EVIDENCE TO PROVE THE FIRST TIRES' FAILURE (I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE RECALL AT THE TIME, SO I DID NOT THINK TO SAVE PARTS OR TAKE PICTURES), I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE NEEDED TO INDICATE THAT THE VALVE STEM'S FAILURE CAUSED THE FRONT LEFT TIRE TO LOSE AIR AT HIGHWAY SPEED. *TR
