2002 GMC ENVOY EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH BRAKE WEAR.*MR THE ROTORS WERE CRACKING AT THE EDGES. THE CONSUMER WROTE GMC AND THEY CALLED AND OFFERED A INCENTIVE TO PURCHASE A NEW GM VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER FEELS THE STEEL USED TO MANUFACTURE THE ROTOR IS POOR QUALITY. *BF *NM
