FUEL PUMP/SENSOR UNIT FAILED DUE TO EXPOSED WIRES AND FRICTION BETWEEN PUMP WIRE AND ANOTHER WIRE. THE PUMP WAS SHORTED OUT ELECTRICALLY. FUEL TANK WAS NEARLY FULL. ITEM REPLACED BY INDEPENTANT MECHANIC AND DEFECTIVE PART RETAINED BY ME. *AK
