INTAKE MANIFOLD IS LEAKING ON 5.7 VORTEC. I KNOW OF 2 OTHER TRUCKS THAT THIS HAS ALSO HAPPENED ON AS WELL AS THE DEALER IS WELL AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. IT IS ALSO WELL DOCUMENTED ON THE WEB. THE MACHANIC SAID THE CANISTER PLUGGED BY DRIVING ON GRAVEL ROADS AND THAT THE NEW CANISTER IS REDESIGNED. MY QUESTION IS-- SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR REPLACING A $160 CANISTER AND HOSE WHICH MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DESIGNED QUIT RIGHT.
