CONSUMER WAS HIT FROM THE REAR AT 45 MPH WHICH CAUSED THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO UNBOLT FROM THE FLOOR ANCHOR, CAUSING THE SEAT TO COLLAPSE TO THE REAR. ALSO THE DRIVER'S AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
