The contact owns a 2024 CFMOTO 450SS Motorcycle. The contact stated that while riding at approximately 40-60 MPH, coolant started leaking onto the contact’s leg. The contact owns a 2024 CFMOTO 450SS Motorcycle. The contact stated that while riding at approximately 40-60 MPH, coolant started leaking onto the contact’s leg. The contact stated that the motorcycle shut off independently. The contact allowed the engine to cool down for several minutes and then attempted to restart the motorcycle; however, the motorcycle failed to respond. The low oil pressure warning light was illuminated. A dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the failure had occurred five times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to where it the diagnosed and determined that the oil cooler needed to be replaced. The oil cooler was replaced, and the motorcycle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the dealer. The approximate failure mileage was 14,801.
