The contact owns a 2014 Carry-On 7X16 Double Axle trailer. The contact stated while towing the trailer, the contact noticed that the trailer lights had failed. The contact owns a 2014 Carry-On 7X16 Double Axle trailer. The contact stated while towing the trailer, the contact noticed that the trailer lights had failed. Upon investigation, the contact noticed that the connectors underneath the trailer were not properly waterproofed and was installed upside down resulting in the connectors filling up with water and not draining as intended. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
