WHEN I CALLED MY LOCAL DEALER CADILLAC SAID BACK IN 2015 (BEFORE I OWNED THE VEHICLE) THERE WAS A RECALL AND THE TOE LINKS WERE "ADJUSTED". CLEARLY THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED. IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER CARS EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO ME THIS COULD HAVE HAD DEVASTATING CONSEQUENCES. THE CAR IS NOW IN THE SHOP (AT SOME RANDOM SHOP IN INDIANA) GETTING FIXED BUT CADILLAC HAS SAID THEY WILL NOT COVER THE REPAIR COST. I DO NOT HAVE ANY DOCUMENTATION YET BUT WILL PROVIDE IT ONCE THE CAR IS FIXED.

THE POLICE TOWED THE VEHICLE TO A LOT WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING HER INSURANCE ADJUSTER RESPONSE. THE POLICE DEEMED THE VEHICLE A TOTALED LOST. THE DEALER NOR MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V571000 (SUSPENSION) AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE FAILURE HOWEVER THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 107,500.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STILL MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 107,000. *TR VEHICLE HEADLIGHT PASSENGER SIDE HAD TO BE REPLACED COST $1,300 KNOWN RECALL. RECALLS WERE NOT ALLOWED BUT ARE KNOWN ISSUES WITH THE 2010 SRX TOTAL EXPENSES.
