WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING THE VEHICLE LOST POWER AND THERE WAS A LEAKAGE COMING FROM THE GAS TANK. CONSUMER HAD THE GAS TANK REPLACED. WHEN STOPPING AND TAKING OFF AGAIN, THE VEHICLE WOULD MOVE VERY SLOWLY AND JERK. ALSO, WHEN THE CONSUMER PUTS FOOT ON THE ACCELERATOR THE VEHICLE ISN'TPICKING UP ANY SPEED. *AK
WHEN APPLYING THE ABS BRAKES THE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR , CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE WHICH RESULTED IN A COLLISION. GM CONTACTED, BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. *AK *ML
THE CONSUMER HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY. THE BAFFLE IN FUEL TANK IS BROKE, CAUSING THE GASOLINE TO SWISH AROUND IN THE TANK, RESULTING IN INTERMITTENT STALLING. THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN CONTACTED. *AK
REAR BRAKE WHEEL CYLINDERS FAILED TWICE RESULTING IN LEAKING.
WHILE DRIVING AT 40MPH THE PULLEY CONECTED TO THE WATER PUMP BROKE AND CAME OUT OF THE ENGINE. CONSUMER HAS HAD WATER PUMP REPLACED 16 MONTHS AGO BEFORE THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED DEALER. *AK
FUEL PUMP/FUEL FILTER/FUEL STRAINER,AND THE FUEL TANK FAILED DUE TO PLASTIC LINING INSIDE GAS TANK ETERIORATING/CRACKING, CAUSING PIECES OF LINING TO BLOC FUEL PUMP, RESULTING IN STALLING.
ABS VALVE BLOCK WAS DEFECTIVE, CAUSING THE ABS LIGHT TO COME ON AND ABS TO BECOME INOPERATIVE. *AK
CLEAR CUT PAINT IS PEELING, AND THERE ARE SOME BUBBLES IN THE PAINT.

THE UPPER TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER HOSE CAN PULL OUT OF THE CRIMPED COUPLING AT THE TRANSAXLE END OF THE LINE ASSEMBLY.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: IN THE EVENT OF SEPARATION OF THE COUPLING, AN OIL LEAK CAN OCCUR WHICH, WHEN EXPOSED TO AN IGNITION SOURCE, COULD RESULT IN AN ENGINE COMPARTMENT FIRE.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL A NEW UPPER TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER LINE TO THE TRANSAXLE.
