We were Christmas shopping driving down city streets when we heard a loud popping sound. When we pulled over to see what it was, the front passenger’s side seat belt buckle release no longer worked but the seat belt came out without resistance. It has not worked since. We were Christmas shopping driving down city streets when we heard a loud popping sound. When we pulled over to see what it was, the front passenger’s side seat belt buckle release no longer worked but the seat belt came out without resistance. It has not worked since. The dealer has confirmed the issue but says the part is back ordered without estimated delivery date. By the way, I have looked for parts in junkyards. I have found junk yards with TourXes but not this part as it has already been sold. I have the part if you want to inspect it.
