The component is the PCV and manifold. Cracks develop in the PCV pressure regulator and manifold creating a situation where excess air was drawn into the engine intake. This caused the engine to run rough and unpredictable. This is a known defect and the 2016 model with the same engine was recalled. The recall, N192291620 only …

The component is the PCV and manifold. Cracks develop in the PCV pressure regulator and manifold creating a situation where excess air was drawn into the engine intake. This caused the engine to run rough and unpredictable. This is a known defect and the 2016 model with the same engine was recalled. The recall, N192291620 only covered the 2016 however the 2017 has the same engine and experienced the same problem. The car was brought to the dealer and they confirmed the problem. The dealer said the only way to repair was to replace the parts, cost for repair approx $2300.
