STATES "THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND HAVE REPLICATED IT ON OTHER BIKES", "NOT A DEFECT, BUT A FEATURE OF THE BIKE". BMW N.A. WILL NOT PAY TO HAVE THE BIKE SERVICED OR FIXED. SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE! NOT ONLY THIS MOTORCYCLE, BUT OTHERS WITH THE SAME TRANSMISSION HAVE THIS ISSUE AS WELL.
