MY VEHICLE IS A SCOOTER STYLE MOTORCYCLE THAT HAS BEEN HAVING A SPORADIC LOW SPEED STALLING ISSUE. IT MOST OFTEN OCCURS WHEN THE VEHICLE IS SLOWING DOWN, COMING TO A STOP OR PREPARING TO ACCELERATE FROM A STOP. BMW REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX DESPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS. THEY HAVE OPENED INTERNAL CASES AND HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE. THIS IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE IF A RIDER IS ATTEMPTING TO PULL OUT INTO THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC IT COULD STALL CAUSING TIME DELAY AND POTENTIALLY ONCOMING TRAFFIC TO STRIKE A STALLED SCOOTER. IT ALSO CAN OCCUR IN TURNS WHERE LOSS OF POWER COULD CAUSE TO OPERATOR TO DROP THE SCOOTER CAUSING INJURY AND POTENTIALLY THE OPERATOR AND PASSENGER BEING RUN OVER. IT HAS RECENTLY BEEN IN THE SHOP (4-24-13 TO 5-2-13) AND SINCE HAS STALLED 4 TIME THREE IN PARKING LOTS ,1 ON A SURFACE FEEDER ROAD. THE FIRST INCIDENT WAS IN THE DEALER PARKING LOT PICKING IT UP FROM THE 5-2-13. IT STALLED 5-3-13 ON THE FEEDER ROAD AT 1835 HRS AND 5-4-13 1135 HRS AND 1158 HRS. HAVE REPORTED TO THE DEALER THE ISSUE STILL REMAINS. *TR
