I HAVE CALLED BMW DENVER DOWNTOWN (303-954-4856) AND THUS FAR THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PERFORM THE RECALL. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART FOR IT. WHEN ASKED FOR AN ETA, THE ONLY THING THEY ARE TELLING ME IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE AN ETA, AND THAT THE PART MAY NEVER BE AVAILABLE. THIS IS THE ONLY BMW DEALER ANYWHERE NEAR MY AREA THAT IS ABLE TO PERFORM THE RECALL. MY VEHICLE HAS THE OCCUPANCY SENSOR ERROR DISPLAYED ON THE DASH, SO I KNOW FOR A FACT THE PART COVERED UNDER THE RECALL HAS ALREADY FAILED. BMW OF DENVER'S FAILURE TO PERFORM THIS RECALL IS PLACING MY FAMILY IN DANGER IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT.
