NORMAL USE OF VEHICLE TO 70000 MILES TARTED HEARING CREAKING NOISE UPON ACCELERATIONS AND FOUND THAT SUBFRAMED HAD TEARED HAD SUB FRAME WELDED AND REINFORCED. *AK THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT THAT CAUSED THIS FAILURE. BWM REFFERED TO THIS AS WEAR AND TEAR. SUBFRAMES ARE NOT A WEAR AND TEAR ITEM!!
